Do you have a vehicle, generator, boat, tractor, or any engine for
that matter that runs on diesel? You could be using biodiesel that
can be made at home for as little as .75 cents a gallon. Drive down
the road and know that the fuel you are burning is fuel that YOU made
at HOME.
Biodiesel is a high quality fuel made through a process called
transesterification. Don't let that big word scare you, because the
process is relatively simple once you've practiced it a couple of
times. Many have learned that they can successfully make your their
own biodiesel fuel right in their own backyard. All you need is the
right equipment, and the right information to properly understand the
the process.

Ughhh!!! This backyard stuff may make great human interest stories, and
help raise public awareness, but is not going to save society, nature or
anything else, and it is a distraction from political action on much
larger scale for game changing approaches to be implemented by competent
industrial entities. This is fun for hobbyists. Do you pour the
glycerine and caustic/methanol-laden residues down the sewer, or what?
