Greetings I/O attendee!
Within the next 2 days, over 5,000 people will be traveling to Moscone West, San Francisco to participate in our third annual Google I/O. With over 66 countries represented on our attendee list, we want to help everyone make the most of their experience during the days of this conference.
So here’s a quick recap of additional activities we know of that you may want to partake in this week. For more details on official I/O activities, just check the conference agenda .
Google I/O Conference App on Android
If you haven’t already, make sure to download our official conference app on your Android device for easy access to the schedule, venue maps, session content, and info on the companies participating in the Sandbox. You can also search for and star sessions, submit questions through moderator, and post comments in Google Wave. To download this app, search the Android Market for [Google I/O] or scan this QR code:
Play SCVNGR!
We’ve been working with the innovative SCVNGR team to bring you a fun, mobile gaming experience at Google I/O! This game will help you discover cool and surprising locations during I/O, and you’ll be able to earn points as you play. Of course, there are prizes involved. The top 5 scorers will win a mystery box of special Google swag, including a free pass to Google I/O 2011. To download and get started, search the Android Market for [SCVNGR] or scan this QR code:

Meet the Jolicloud team for free food, drinks, and hands-on demos of their latest release of Jolicloud (with a new HTML5 interface). After Hours hosted by The Google I/O Team

For this year’s official Google I/O After Hours party, we’ve partnered with the talented teams behind Maker Faire and Gadgetoff to turn our party space into an innovative playground -- with the latest gadgets, robots, vehicles, games and technologies. This is a must-see experience, and we hope you’ll join us for the evening festivities. Of course, food and beverages will be served.
