Unfortunately, I do not know if Anders' server is compatible with
Windows 7. I do not maintain it, and while I do my best to support
it, I do not have an up to date Windows box to investigate. You can

and ask if he knows whether it will work or not, and whether there are
special things you need to do for Windows 7.
