ok for some reason i can not get the file off the anders server website. please help.

It appears that his site is down. Unfortunately there is nothing I
can really do about this, it is not my site after all. I have not
heard anything out of Anders in the last couple years. There might be
copies of it around somewhere on the internet, but I warn you to be
careful about trusting downloads from random sites.

I have sent an email to the email address I had for him about his
website and whether he has a copy of the file, but I suspect that
email address is dead. Please do not spam the board with new threads
about this, if any other user has the file and would be willing to put
it up somewhere, that would be great.

I do not know whether it will work on Windows 7, and I do not have a
Windows 7 box to test on, or to develop a walk through with. Your
best bet for dealing with issues with the Windows server is probably
talking to Anders directly, and he has contact info on his home
page.
