Hello, apologies for the delay in responding, I have been very busy
with things in real life lately. The Windows server is more difficult
to set up, I wont deny that. I did not write it, and while I will do
my best to help you with it, I cannot guarantee success. I have heard
some reports that it was not working on Windows 7, but I believe those
were mostly related to bluetooth.
So, setting up a connection, on the iPod Touch, you will need to setup
a manual connection, to do this, on the connect screen (either from
when the app first launches, or from the settings tab), upper left
corner is a button labeled Manual. That opens a sheet to enter
information into for your computer. Its best to work with your
computer's IP address, so you will need to find that (often starts
something like 192.168. or 10.0.). Enter that in the field labeled IP
Address, and then enter 1000 in the port field (thats the default
windows server port). You will likely have to go back to the ip
address field to close the keyboard (return at the bottom of the
keyboard) since the numpad doesn't have one.
Hit the connect button below the fields, and it should pop up asking
for the servers password, assuming you didn't change anything on the
windows server, just hit enter, and it will send the default
password.

Should also have fairly good instructions if those weren't what you
were going by.
