this is known issue in Visualarq so u have to work in visualarq templates or try to load visualarq styles from visualarq setup folder on your c drive for example programs files and choose cisualarq styles folders
I downloaded the update for the new 2.0 visualarq but it only allow me to use the viewer option. I have a valid license key and have been user for a while. Please need help to solve this as soon as possible!
