Looking for recommendation for good and reliable painters

Hello y'all

I have a property from 1987 that has the popcorn texture walls and ceiling. 

Looking for recommendation for a good reliable painter that can scrap all the walls and ceilings of entire house, and then painted. The previous/original owners were heavy smokers so the entire house will need a coat of Kilz before the paint.

Place is 2000 sqft 3/2.5 in Round Rock area. Work needs to start on July 1st.

Any recommendations will be greatly appropriated.
