auditing syndicators

Hi guys, 

We've been in our first apartment syndication as investors since Dec of 2021. Does or can anyone explain how we can audit these folks? Also, is there a way to find the other investors in the group? Not sure if there is anything nefarious here, just being cautious and want to get ahead of it in the case there is. Thank you!
