Richard Hamer Design is a multi-disciplined residential design office offering services for both custom and speculative homes. 

Our services include everything from feasibility studies, master and schematic design, construction drawings, permitting, to interior selections (finishes, fixtures and appliances). We also can provide marketing materials, beautiful renderings, floor plans, job site signs, etc. 

We have experience working with developers and builders, we understand the importance in making smart, quick decisions based on the factors of time, budget and design. We are looking to develop relationships with developers and builders in town in hope of producing well designed, profit making, beautiful homes.
