NAR Class Action Settlement

Has someone looked into how to apply?  I have the documents to submit but before I begin, I want to gather all the needed info.  I sold several houses during this period but I also partnered with builders that sold properties during this time.  Do you list all your properties in one document request or do we need to do a separate one for each property sold?  Can we include properties in which we were passive partners on SF that were listed on MLS?  Looking for an expert to explain.  Thanks!  Agnes
