Hello Fellow Investors!

Any Austin area landlords who can refer a quality appliance repair person? I got a dishwasher that died after 1 yr and 8 months use.

BTW, the prices are down, it's time to load up on inventory to hold .  Some DSCR lenders have 6.15% 30-years fixed rates, with buy-downs.
