Apartment complex insurance 7 units

Hi,

I was hoping someone may have a recommendation for property insurance. I have a small 7 unit apartment complex that I am looking to insure with another insurance company by July. Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated. Last year they increased my premiums by over 20%. I am looking to get in front of that and I am hoping to cancel my policy before the renewal date. I currently have Farmers and they gave me a policy through ICAT a Victor company.
