Good morning everyone,

 

I’m hoping that you all can make it to my baptism at 9am this Sunday, October 31.  Afterwards, you are welcome over to my house for pizza and other snacks.  Feel free to bring anything you like, since my refrigerator currently consists of condiments and molded bread.  However, there will be pizza, chips and soda, so those are covered (along with Halloween candy, but I need to save some for the kiddies).  There will be a block party from 3-5pm in my neighborhood but if we all get to the house around 11:30-noonish, we should be fine for parking spaces.  Also, there will be pool as always upstairs, and the game will be on (Redskins vs. Lions).  I would suspect most will want to head out shortly after the game in order to give out candy, but the game should be over no later than 4:30 so that should give everyone time to get home.

 

To those that aren’t familiar with the church, the address is 7501 Muncaster Mill Road, Gaithersburg Maryland 20879.  The directions are as follows:

Driving Directions

From I-495 (Washington, D.C. Beltway):
• Take I-270 North to Shady Grove Road (Exit 8)
• Turn right (East) on Shady Grove Road.
• Continue until intersection with Muncaster Mill Road
• Turn left onto Muncaster Mill Road.
• Covenant Life Church is the second church on the right.

It's good. I realized last night that I can lift my arm over my head. It's still not a graceful movement but it's better than before. Thanks for asking.

No problem – that definitely sounds like progress.

:) It is. I am happy about it. My dr is going to be really happy. Last week he gave me the "some people take 6 months to heal" speech. I was not impressed. :)
