Students and faculty data as on 13 Oct 2010

Dear All,

Kindly check the attached excel sheet containing the names of all the students and Teachers who have entered their data in Eduloka server as on 13-10-2010 till 5:00 PM.

- Total Student's records done are 3500

- Total Teacher's entry done are 136

- Total Teacher taking Attendance are 116 (in this list also many Teachers have taken only few attendances not complete)

- Total Teacher not taking Attendance are 20

Please use filter option to filter the required data concerned to your Department/Stream/Semester/Section.

There are many records which are not complete, either Section is not filled or Academics tab is not filled (if these details were not filled, student names will not appear in attendance page), So please check all the NULL/In Complete records and complete the same. To delete any records please contact Invertis ERP team.

All the HODs are requested to pls make sure that the teachers concerned to your department will take attendance. Once the teacher will take all the attendance then only the Reports will be authentic.
