Changes in Lesson Plan & Attendance page

Dear All,

As per the changes required by some of the faculty member,s we have changed the procedure of selecting the Lesson Plan in Attendance page.

 

Earlier:

In Attendance Page, once you click on the link for Lesson Plan, you need to select the concerned Sub-Topic (checkbox) you are taking and then need to save it.

 

Now:

In Attendance Page, once you click on the link for Lesson Plan, you need to just select the concerned Sub-Topic (checkbox) you are taking and close the lesson plan window. Save button is removed from that page.

User can also change the order of student names in attendance page by clicking on the Student Name hyperlink in the header.

 

Within few days we are also planning to give the provision to take the attendance from the home page it self. Once user will login and select concerned Institute -department, In Home page faculty will get the list of all the subjects witch are assigned to them. And after clicking on Att hyperlink against the selected subject new attendance page will open for taking the attendance and rest of the procedure will be same.

I will let you know once we are done with the functionality.
