Dear Tuhin,

Pl recall the discussion that I had with you.

I came across this type of situation many times in my earlier life. End users do not understand about root cause of the problem. Problems in software can be due to the environment like internet traffic or speed, hardware configuration, operating system or even garbage data. But it's necessary to do exhaustive fact-finding and user education at an appropriate time before deployment of software. You can refer your proposal revised by me.

Anyway, regarding internet speed problem, my suggestion would be :  (I have already proposed).

1. Collect the transactions through intranet in the local server

2. Synchronize with Eduloka server periodically (may be every hour) to upload data from local server and clean after that.

3. Interfacing with SMS gateway from local server unless SMS service provider is in US.

4. Acknowledgement of data from local whereas major reporting from Eduloka server.

Pl. discuss with your technical team and get back to us asap.

Regards,

Arpan Khastagir

sir,

I met Mr. Rahul Rastogi personally on saturday and he told me that all
the problems with Eduloka are due to slower speed of Internet.
This issue is yet to be resolved
