Hi,

I've just restored a whole lot of old versions here: http://modding.kalam-alami.net/dl/old/

Here's the one you're looking for: http://modding.kalam-alami.net/dl/old/InvTweaks-1.31-B1.7.3.zip

Note that it's a 2011 version so it will lack a lot of things! (see changelog)
