Inventory Tweaks, NEI, & Iron Chests

Good Day,
The buttons are almost completely obscured by the NEI menu on my diamond & crystal chests (iron chest mod):
& the issue isn't much better with the smaller chests (iron depicted below):
I am using the lasted versions of minecraft & associated mods as of 12-31-2012
