problem

hi i made a privade modpack but when i add intventory tweaks the mod switch from the mekanism mod's paxel to the torches in my inventory when i hit a mob i am want to use the paxel as a weapon but it keeps switching can you help me stop it from switching i check the forms, website, and youtube but i still cant figure it out please help thank
