Impact Feasibility Analysis

Invasive Crayfish Collaborators,

Thank you to those who were able to join and participate in today's meeting about future ICC projects based on the strategic plan! For those who were unable to attend, you can find the meeting recording here.

At the end of the meeting, we briefly discussed prioritizing projects for 2025 based on an impact feasibility analysis. To do this, we have created a Google spreadsheet that includes a list of the projects from the strategic plan that will likely require involvement from ICC members and other partners. 

We kindly ask you to review this spreadsheet and rank each project's impact and feasibility based on your expertise. Your input is crucial for our planning in 2025 and beyond.

By September 17, please add your rankings to the Google spreadsheet here. Instructions to do so can be found below as well as on the sheet itself:

1. Scroll right and insert "Impact + your name" and "Feasibility + your name" in the next two open cells of Row 2.

2. For all of the projects above Row 38, provide your individual assessment of their feasibility and impact. Descriptions of each ranking are found on the "Rank List" tab.

3. If you have ideas for expanding a project, please note them in Column D ("Comments"). If you are interested in supporting or participating in any of the listed projects, please add your name, organization, or other resources in Column C ("Potential Partners and Resources"). Please only add to the spreadsheet; do not delete existing entries.
