Bottom Bar Appears after distraction mode

Not sure if this is a big or not: I use the sidebar, and toggle in and out of the no distraction mode. When pressing F11 to no longer be in "No Distraction Mode" the bottom bar is toggled to be shown. I don't want that, but I don't see why it is doing that. It is turned off, but does it anyway.
