Hi,

we very much realize that the price is a sensitive topic. We feel that given the current features Intype has and the stuff that will plan to deliver in future 1.x releases make it worth the buck.

If you think we have missed the mark, we are very sorry for that and we will do our best to convince you otherwise by making Intype even better.

I have to agree €42,- is a bit too pricey. I'm sure it will be worth the price when the promised features are actually implemented (What were those again? Maybe a list of planned features on the site would be an idea)  To be quiet honest  given the development history  I believe this will take some time though.

Also I would like to see a few more themes and supported languages by default, but that's only a minor thing.

List of planned features (and there is a lot of them) will be available on the site.

We would also like to announce features we are going to work on for next release, and allow users to peek and possibly affect the development. One way is that we will be making so-called "unstable" releases. Those are going to be more frequent than "stable". "Unstable" releases will show new features and allow users willing to help to test them and spice it with their opinion while it's cooking.

Going commercial is actually where we are starting. We have reached the point when the core features are stable, and we'd like to move on to further development and prove that we are serious about this.

It's not about sucking money from the users. We are not forcing our users to pay at all. There is actually no limitation, no expiration, and no purchase reminding mechanics in not-purchased copies. We feel that it's up to the users whether they will decide to support the project or not. And we see that as a measure of how we are doing.
