Hi Everyone,

I am planning to start the EOM exercise for the Intro to ILA module on March 16th. Anyone planning to do the same?

Thanks,
Jake

I'm starting out on it now too. I started at the end of the year but then got distracted and really need to wrap this up.

I'm looking at starting the module soon - just signed up for next APC session. How long would say it took you two to wrap up everything but the EMA?

I mean it took me months but mostly cause I didn't stay focused on it. The material overlaps a lot with the FSA exams both the product and valuation focused ones. You don't have to do the module before the exams, although it might be helpful if you haven't worked in the Life Insurance industry before. Personally, I'm done with exams and am now working on modules.

I would caution starting the modules. They are changing the FSA structure in late 2025. If you do not have credit for all 3 non-DMAC modules by the transition date you still have to take "course 4" if you have all 3 completed then they will give credit for "course 4".
