Bookmark Introducer

I've put the Introducer spec (formerly Powerbox) online at:

The rest of that site has additional Introducer related documentation,
including the first Introducer data-type specification. The Bookmark
Introducer is an Introducer based API for sending a hyperlink from a
Customer to a Provider. See:

In addition to being a useful API in its own right, I'm hoping the
Bookmark Introducer also serves as an example for specifying other
Introducer data-types. For example, the basic document structure of
Declaration, Provider Frame Allowance and Message Data should be
repeated in all data-type specifications.
