registerProtocolHandler as Introducer API?

I've added another example to the Introducer spec to show how
Firefox's registerProtocolHandler() function could be done as an
Introducer-based API. See:

Mike, Ben, I suspect it's a very small patch to hook the Introducer up
to the underlying registerProtocolHandler() implementation. Do you
that might get done?
