Hi intown touring folks, just this morning Google announced new
Bicycling features in Google Maps (select "Bicycling" under the "More"
menu): http://maps.google.com

The new option includes both bike facilities noted on the map and
bicycling-specific directions. Currently the map only includes the
City of Atlanta and portions of the surrounding areas (notably the
Silver Comet). Though most of my usual routes seem consistent with
Google's suggestions, I've already spotted a few inacuracies. Go to
the "Report a Problem" button and tag locations that might be wrong.

I don't think this displaces our local favorite, the A-Train Trip
Planner (http://www.atltransit.com), but it's nice to see Google
moving in this direction.
