Bitdefender free version withdrawn

Yo,

 

If you use Bitdefender for antivirus, it will start having a whinge about expiring on 31/12/21.  Bitdefender has withdrawn the freebie version and offering a deal on 12 months of their paid version.  The hook here is that the intro price is $15.99? and the full price is $119, which is what you would pay on renewal of the plan.

 

Options are to either buy in and hope they come up with a better deal in 12 months or else switch to another freebie antivirus product.

 

If you aren’t using Bitdefender, then feel free to ignore.
