Matthieu,

please stop these bullshit fucking games against other opponents on Wednesdays (especially when the opponent is Chinese). You significantly reduce the playing time per player and Wednesdays is supposed to be OUR football night. So please stop organizing games on that night (and any other night) against teams.

In the past we were always enough players to have at least 14-16 players in order to field a training match against ourselves, and last night was a great example that WE DONT NEED ANY FUCKING OTHER BULLSHIT OPPONENT TO ENJOY GREAT FOOTBALL!

Recently the participation of players on Wednesdays reduced drastically, especially after Mihrans public retreat after what happened to Vasken in that fucking useless Chinese league. The following confusion which was created in this time gap resulted in players not knowing what's going on with Inter SZ. Players didnt show up as they should on Wednesdays, which in return made you organizing games as there were only less than 10 players showing up. It's understandable but you were wrong!

By organizing such games and mentioning that you only need a certain amount of players you did confuse ALL players additionally and this is definitely NOT the way to regain the necessary numbers (minimum 14) we have had in all those sessions before. its a wrong signal you are sending. Ask yourself why more and more players are joining other teams on different days instead of staying with us.

I don't want to dwell on past mistakes of this management as Mihran already made his very own experience and now is on the right track regarding the direction Inter SZ should move in order to not let Inter SZ fade in oblivion.

So please Matt & Mihran, I always stood in the back with my comments but in the past 2 years my very own football was and is still hurting from the actions you guys are taking. Mihran's email with concentrating more on foreigners football and getting those guailos together to organize matches amongst ourselves is the right move. But as it showed last night in the end its only Inter SZ who still has the organization and attraction to field enough players with quality.

So please do not fuck this up further by organizing fucking useless matches especially against Chinese teams no matter how good they are. Inter SZ comes FIRST now. Players who show up need to play maximum playing tme and not waste it by staying outside waiting to be replaced. Players do not want to come out on the pitch and pay for less active playing time. We need to get the players back in training and when we make games then we make games against each other! That way we make sure that everyone plays and noone is on the outside waiting. It's disgusting really. 

Last night there was NO shouting, NO kicking, NO swearing and everybody enjoyed the quality of football. We DO NOT need anything else and this time listen to me.

WE NEED TWICE A WEEK football, and we are perfectly capable to do that without any foreign influx. Inter SZ is big enough to stay amongst ourselves. Whenever you guys tried to bring us to another "level" means on a public stage, the outcome was SHIT FOOTBALL and our very own players pissed off!

And here is to all Inter SZ players:

Guys you have no fucking clue what it takes to organize this team week in - week out. But however the management is trying, in the end if YOU guys are not actively participating and taking everything for granted then this team will for sure die out and then you will see what you will get then instead. There IS NO alternative for playing quality football in Shenzhen, not now and not in the near future. I have been with several other so called teams training and i tell you its even worst then anything else i encountered. So please lets get back on track everyone of you guys and fucking reply to the emails Matthieu, Mihran or our sweet Shelly is sending! Otherwise those guys really cannot plan anything ahead and then rightly decide to organize games where only a hand full of us is able to play.

SO IN THE END ITS UP TO US THE PLAYERS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO INTER SZ, not the management. They can only react to our lack of communication!

The last paragraph said it all, it’s all about us to move on, there is no so-called management, we are not a proper football club but more a community.

And this should be self-driven by its members so that general directions and actions are not a one-man show concept but an entire group willing.

 

I’m in Wednesday, if we have enough replies we should cancel the team, Mat was trying to organize this because I understand it’s painful to have a big pitch for 7 players showing up…

Hi Tansel,

You've always let me know what you think about the team and the direction it's taking and shared your experience so thanks for that.

As I already told you I agree with your vision which will be implemented soon anyway.

Sorry if I got people confused, but I think most people who now regularly join us are smart enough to understand what the group is trying to do.

Eventually that will be only football amongst foreigners but in the meantime and until we're certain we can have enough laowais we can still have a couple of games against local opponents.

Anyway, I'm glad you're willing to get involved again in the life of the team and in the organization and if you don't mind, since there is already enough players then let's play that last game on Wednesday evening and call it quits? If we can get 12 answers, then cool, we'll cancel the opposition and play amongst ourselves. I would enjoy that even more :-)

And I certainly hope another 11 players will commit themselves as well so that we DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY AGAINST ANYONE!

Guys, Matt & Mihran booked the Futian pitch IN OUR ALL NAMES. This pitch is the best in terms of quality and location you can get in Shenzhen and we should not waste that opportunity. Therefore I do understand Matt when he tries to maintain this pitch under all circumstances, even playing against opponents. Because after all with only a handful of players confirmed its impossible to conduct a proper training on this vast pitch half! And to cancel that pitch is impossible as well as we already have to pay in advance for a block of venues, so it is absolutely right what Matthieu is doing here.

It's just that we are spiraling downwards with this and I wanted to stop that by giving the right signals. I'm really pissed right now. We need to re-start somewhere and that is to reconfigure the "normal" training status on a Wednesday night. 

So please guys, its the perfect weather now to play football, all is fine we will get back to "normal" football administration. So please come back with motivation and active participation and the fun should be right back on the pitch! If Vasken can make it back on the ground with his fucked up foot then its really a shame for all the others! 

All we need to do is so simple: 

If you get a mail from the management please take that second of gratitude and respect for those who give their time for you and reply IN or OUT (or even a maybe is an answer too in case you really don't know for sure). Please reply as well with a OUT as this will show your involvement and gives a better base for the organizers to plan ahead, instead of guessing.

OK GUYS? It's that simple what everyone can do. A push on the REPLY bottom, a few keyboard strokes and then SEND! MOTHAFUOACKAAAAZZZ
