Images on dashboards

Hi all!

Is it possible to use other images than native speedometers to show
our dashboard?
For instance, a city map, where I can set a region color (green, blue
and red) depending on the performance of the hospital/clinic in that
region of the city?

Yes. When you define a KPI, you can specify display rules. A display
rule says "if the value is in the range nnn-mmm, then override with
these colors & font options and/or this image."

Then on a dashboard, you add either a label or an image, and specify a
KPI to "control" it. The value of that KPI will determine how the
label or image is displayed.

See "Using KPI Display Rules to Override Text or Graphics" in the
Designer book.

(I should update the doc. to point to this section from the part where
I talk about speedometers. They're alternative approaches to the same
issue. So that is on my list of things to do.)

Hi,
I tried to use KPI override settings for labels and I succeeded by
showing different colors according to the value ranges defined in KPI.

How to use KPI override settings for images ?
In KPI setup value range , we are able to define colors and font
only .
But I want to change images according to the KPI value.

Please help me on this ?

In the KPI setup tool, you can specify an override image for each KPI
range. This is documented in the same place that KPI setup is
documented (the Analyzer guide).
