Shashwath – you should look into Cube Versioning in the documentation on how to build a new copy of the cube that then gets “swapped” in to replace the old version.

http://docs.intersystems.com/latest/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KEY=D2IMP_cubevers

This will be version dependent though so you should check your version-specific documentation.

Subject: Rebuilding the cube

Hello everyone,

I created a task to run the cube three times a day in deepsee. At the time of building a cube i get the message "ERROR #5001: Cube is locked for rebuilding:".

Instead I want the user to see the table with data content in widget while building.

Please guide me.Thank you in advance.

Regards

Hello  Boca Rat

Worked on this cube version got two version i.e old one and new version(i.e version1).

While building the cube we do not get the results in table for that version or after it completes until we use %ActivatePendingCubeVersion()

For example:

After Holefoods cube version is created we get new version HoleFoods:1

When we build cube we do not get results in table until we use the following command

d ##class(%DeepSee.CubeVersion.Utils).%ActivatePendingCubeVersion("holefoods"))

So suggest me how to get the results during building the cube
