Hi All,

I constantly get the errror "Unexpected status code, unable to process
hyperevent: Gateway timeout(504)". Apparently this occurs when the too
much data is expected to be shown. Because the error disappears if I
reduce the number of processed rows by filtering.

Restarting Ensemble sometimes helps but then again after I get this
error everything what was working correctly starts to crash with that
error.

PS: When logging off after that error - additional message appears
"You are logged out: you can no longer perform this action. ErrNo:
5918"

This is caused due to the fact that the default timeout is 60 seconds in the gateway configuration manager. You need to up the timeout to something more appropriate for the situation you are in.

Of course, another question to be asked here is what type of pivot are you running where it is producing soo much data.
