Occupy Austin

We are branching out to the Capitol this weekend, we will be at that
location and City Hall indefinitely, we are calling on all citizens of
Texas to come out and occupy the Capitol with us.

We will be having a benefit show on Nov. 30th @HeadHunters @8PM 5
dollar soft cover, Jim Hightower will speak at the show as well.

I would also like to offer up this for consideration: OccupyDallas attends international assemblies with the spanish indignados, members of the m15 movement. We do this through a computer program called Mumble. The website is: www.mumble.com It provides a clearer sound and touch to talk method, which helps block out background noises. You can log in at anytime so you can speak to anyone else that has a computer logged into the server. It would provide a platform for 24/7 communication between occupy camps.

Yep, we were proly with you that first night that you did the mumble
chat on october 28th, that is when they made us aware of the DRY
Manifesto, we havent attended anymore lately and had to leave early
that night as our wifi tower came down after the arrests that night.
We are aware of mumble and teamspeak and the maestro conference
calls. it seems that rhonda has another conf call platform that they
are using so it will be interesting to see how that works out. we are
trying to make our Wiki page the repository of all info conf call
related, to that end we have a google doc up for the international
calls

But our information on mumble and teamspeak is skimpy on the wiki
itself so I will try and add some more content on that soon

Also, can you please post the re-occupy info, i heard some about it on
the texas call tonight and would like to share it, it sounds great
