Work for tomorrow

Hey guys,

Making a list of things we have to ensure gets done tomorrow. Please take a look and make note! 

Make sure you finish everything before leaving office tomorrow evening. 

1. Shuvam & Raj -

Show Nihaal the server room and explain everything to him.

Make sure he understands everything cause he will need to know what to do if we face any issues on Wednesday. 

Ask him to repeat everything twice to each of you. 

2. Shuvam - 

> Host web app and mobile app on IT Akash. 

You and I will check if everything is working as it should. Don't make any changes to server side code. 

> After testing in second half, clear the database off all accounts made so people have no trouble in creating the account again on Wednesday if need be.

> Ensure the server is running before leaving for the day. 

> Enable PayTm for all the organisations. 

3. Riyansh -

> Complete editing promo and admin app videos.

> Remove the old promo and Marathi admin app video from YouTube. 

4. Pranjal - 

Update Lokacart Plus products and prices to what Diksha had mailed you if you haven't already. 

5. Chetan -

Change Lokacart Plus play store settings to be downloadable all across the world. 

6. Me 

> Check screen cast apps on Anshul and my devices. 

> Share play store link to Lokacart Plus with everyone. (While installing apps during registration time, if you can't find the app on play store, it happened today with a couple phones, then send the link to that person's phone and open it. 

I'll share it on our WhatsApp group)

> Call Bawa travels and check about our bus booking. 

> Save final Marathi ppt, promo and admin app videos in English and Marathi on my laptop. As well as on Anshul's. And on pendrive. 

> Write slide description. 

--- We'll have testing in the second half tomorrow. Have to make sure everything is working fine from self sign up to placing orders. We will test all 3 apps. ---

Come early if required so you can leave on time and get rest. 

We will check if all the above work is done and only then leave.
