Instructions to all Interns for 21st Workshop on the day of Workshop.

1. Request everyone to be at IIT Main Gate at 4.30 am ( POC - Aditi - 9920089069 )

Bus will not stop in between. Will directly reach to SIIB. 

2. At registration desk From 9.15 am to 10.45 am- a. Nikhil b. Rushikesh c. Anshul d. Saroj e. Riyansh  f. Kanishka

Vinay / Suyash will welcome and guide everyone to respective desk  

At registration desk, 5 volunteers from SIIB will be arranged who will take signature / registrations / give kit 

And IITB team will connect internet and download admin, b2b and b2c app in everyone's phone. 

Chetan / Shuvam / Raj / Pranjal - Will setup their laptops/ internet for hands session ( will carry chargers for laptop / cell / USB ) 

3. Nishad / Aditi will be controlling one laptop each. ( presentation and video ) 

Diksha to be with them to help them and harshal ( one who will be compering the workshop )

4. From 10.50 till lunch, all the volunteers will disperse ( 5-6 FPO's per person ) 

5. Saroj / Diksha / Aditi - will note the bugs / enhancements. Format - 

a. Mobile model b. company c. bug or enhancement in which app ? d. What ? e. Status ( did it get resolve ) , recheck urself by NOT adding dummy info but some proper info...f. phone no. g. email id. h. name 

6. During hands on session, if someone is unable to use the app, 

1. check internet connection 2. android version 3. which app has problem ? redirect to concerned developer 4. NO random or dummy checks ( remember they will be carrying back the entry in their phone with them ) 5. For any future contact us - give my no. 

7. Compulsory - 

a. Carry your own water bottle and tablets whoever requires. 

b. Dress  - gals - indian ( punjabi ) and guys - kurta and jeans 

c. All have to carry USB / chargers ( how many ever you have ) 

d. Should compulsorily wear volunteers batches  till end of workshop 

e. Everyone must have internet data pack in their cells ( nahi hai toh 1 day data pack kharido ) 

f. Everyone must have playstore version apps in their phone downloaded. 

8. Last but not least. expecting everyone to take their own responsibility, cooperation, discipline, noise / voice etc. 

( Remember you all are representing IITB + you all are allowed for workshop and not picnic/trip. )

Lunch time - 45 mins for volunteers. 

If you are going anywhere for call or outside of auditorium, make sure you inform me. ( though it is for 2 or 5 or 10 mins ) 

Everyone will have a notepad and pen with them for entire day ( will be provided to you at registration desk ) 

Expecting cooperation and everyone to behave properly. 

Also if any of the participants are complaining or not good for any reason, tell me immediately. Do tolerate them. Dont make them tolerate you. HOPE ! 

NO CERTI will be issued to whoever misbehaves. You will directly have to answer professors for any misbehavior.
