Need  Oracle PL/SQL Database Developer with Fixed Income Experience

Location: NH

Duration: 6 Months

RATE : 50

In-person interview required so must be local to NH

Skills:

•  Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred
• 10+ years experience in a large technology organization specialization on database development, preferably in asset management firm
• Understanding of Fixed Income domain specifically around reference data
• Experience with Oracle Database 10g or higher
• Netezza experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels as well as building productive working relationship in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to challenge status quo in a respectful manner
• Objectively listen, evaluate, and help others to see the way forward
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong technical background and database engineering skills and some experience with application designs
• Ability to quickly synthesize ideas, options, and thoughts into solutions to management to aid in decision making
• Highly motivated and energetic; able to juggle multiple priorities concurrently
• Strong Data and Requirements analysis skills
• Strong data modeling and DB normalization skills including OLTP, DW & DM
• Minimum 5+ ( 10 years desired) years of hand on development experience in the following areas

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Informatica
• PERL
• UNIX
• Autosys
• Power Designer
