Need  .NET DBA

Location: SF – CA

Duration: 6 Months

Skills:

a.            Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification is appropriate.

b.            Ability to derive physical database designs, develop logical data models, create physical databases.

c.             The ability to create data services by using Transact-SQL, manage and maintain databases, configure and manage security.

d.            The ability to monitor and optimize databases, and install and configure Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2.

e.            The MCDBA certification validates a unique set of skills that are required to succeed in a variety of job roles, such as database administrator, database analyst, and database developer.

f.             Has knowledge of and has written programs in the Dot Net framework.

g.            Has knowledge of C# and the CLR.

h.            Has the ability to use OOP methodology.

 

The skills listed above are for a DBA with at least one year of experience, but we should look for someone with at least five years of experience or more.
