 ·        Experience in a Development Engineer role.
·         Windows Servers 2003 -2008 and Administration,
·         IIS
·         Microsoft .NET framework and Network Typology
·        SQL/ Oracle client , ability to deploy and read script
·        Strong Technical background
·        Expertise in how best to implement applications into a business domain.
·        Ability to apply project management concepts and tools.
·        Strong communication and presentation skills.
·        Ability to work with a “virtual team”.
·        Ability to appreciate different points of view.
·        Effective at resolving problems and issues.
·        Effective influencing skills and mediation skills.
·        Strong negotiation skills.

Strong meeting management and facilitation skills

MUST HAVES:
Engineer experience, Windows 2008 administration, IIS, SQL and Oracle, Global experience, strong .net framework, project management,  ERP experience.
