Here's the method:

1. Sign up for an Amazon Seller Account
2. Sign up for an E-Bay Buyer Account
3. Find items on E-Bay and cross-reference prices with the same items
on Amazon. Record items that are cheaper on ebay than Amazon.
4. List the cheaper items on your Amazon store, and when someone buys
from you, buy from the seller on ebay and ship directly to the
customer.

This method takes a little time in finding products that can make you
a good profit since Amazon takes up to 15% commission for themselves.
When doing this method myself, I found a power seller from China that
sold refurbished cell phones that were way cheaper than any on Amazon.
I e-mailed them and eventually stopped going through E-Bay all
together and they gave me an even cheaper price per phone.

Orders started rolling in... at first it was 2-3 orders a day, then
all the sudden I was getting one or two per hour. I hit a goldmine!
And started to just buy the phones on credit (since I was getting the
money back almost immediately, right?)

Everything was going great until the time came for amazon to pay me.
They didn't. Then customers started returning the phones since they
weren't working properly. It wasn't really that many... maybe 20% or
so. However, if you have a returned product or any claim against you
at all, Amazon can hold your funds for a month.

I decided to just stop selling the phones and wait it out to get paid
(since the juice was running on my credit card). I had a little over
$7,000 in sales waiting to be released... wondering if I'd ever
actually get it.

In the end, it took about 6 months to get my funds. I still made a
small profit, but after the credit card charges it wasn't much.

Moral of the story: find quality products and start out slow! Don't
over extend yourself like I did. However, it is very possible to make
good money this way.

I will probably start using this method again. I learned a lot the
first time and it's easy. After you setup your Amazon account, the
only work you have to do is find products that you can profit from.
Downside is you do need a little cash to start it up and dealing with
Amazon's bs can be a pain.
