Here is my ultimate guide to Google Bowling:
Create 10 near exact match domains for the keywords you're trying to
de-rank your competitor for. Put them all on their own c-class ips.
Rank each on page 1, in spots 1-10. It's a google strike, AND you make
bank off the keyword positioning.

Make sure though that each site looks completely non-related to each
other...heck you could even use different platforms, one joomla, one
wp, one drupal, one a phpbb, etc...

This is also a more legitimate way than trying to get them sandboxed
completely. ... You could also do what that dumbass Shoemoney did for
me, and get a negative review for them ranked #1... Bad press goes a
long way... towards hurting a reputation...
