International Youth Council Meeting Updates

Hello Everyone,

There are a couple of points that I wanted to mention to our amazing
planning committee, especially for those who have just joined us.
First, I just wanted to say thank you so much for coming out for last
Thursday's meeting. Also, thank you Saba Loftus for helping us reserve
the conference room. We have made so much progress! As of this
upcoming week, we are only a month left!!!!

For this week, please be mind that we are going to be sending out a
couple of important updates.

Meeting Minutes: Monday or Tuesday- Paola Garcia, our wonderful
executive secretary, will be sending out the IYC June 24 minutes.
Please read through them for updates.

Meeting Information: Asha Castleberry will be sending out information
about our upcoming meeting for July 1, 2010. I will send out this
information no later then Wednesday June 30, 2010.

Agenda: Asha Castleberry will send out the agenda info on Wednesday
June 30, 2010. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel

#Working Group Focal Points only- please make sure you submit your
strategy plan to Justin Pang asap.
