We are pleased to inform you that Conference on FEMA is being organised by the committee on Economic, Commercial Laws & WTO, hosted by WIRC of the ICAI on Saturday, 12^th November, 2016 at Hotel Courtyard Marriott, Mumbai.

The conference would upon issues and to provide a forum to discuss the Issues in Foreign Direct Investment with reference to Financial Services/AIFs- SEBI & FEMA issues, Construction Development & REITs, Various Options of raising Overseas Debt - foreign currency (ECB, FCCB & FCEB) &INR (Masala Bonds), Issues in connection with FDI in LLP, Investment by FVCI (Venture Funds), Overseas Investments: Experience of Indian Corporates: The challenges faced by Indian Companies; Regulatory uncertainty; Tax hurdles, such as, POEM, Volatile Rupee, Paying a high price for acquisitions.

CPE:  6 CPE hours credit

Registration fees:  Rs. 1,750/- per member (Payment may be made by Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of "Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”)
