The “Safe Harbour Rules”, which were notified in 2013, have been revised by CBDT vide notification 46/2017 dated 7.06.2017. These revised rules will be applicable from FY 2016-17 to FY 2018-19. Considering the need to understand the impact of the revised Safe Harbour Rules on taxpayers, the Committee on International Taxation of ICAI is organizing a webcast on “Safe Harbour Rules” as per following schedule:
