Dear Ambassadors,

We are now within the last 24 hours to the start of the event. I would just like to go through some of the ground rules again. 

1) Please arrive on time for your respective shifts. Please view the Grouping and Runsheet document attached to identify your shifts.

2) Upon arrival, please look for me or my assistant, Kaveiinaa, we will need to hand you your T-shirt and brief you of your job. 

3) Please dress appropriately. No shorts, no slippers. Dress in long pants or skirts and covered shoes. 

4) Please remember that you are part of a team. Although you are each assigned to your own task, that does not mean you are not able to assist other Ambassadors in their tasks. Remember, if more of you assist, then the task can be completed faster and we can all enjoy the evening as well. With that said, if you are able to attend earlier (anytime from 1pm), you are most welcomed to do so. Some of us will already be at the venue from 1pm. Please take note that each of you are expected to be at Lower Town Hall at the start of the event which is at 5pm. It is also appreciated if you can stay till the end of the event at 10pm. 

5) Please ensure that you have my number stored on your phone. Mine is 0410447257. Also, Kaveiinaa's number is 0401289270.

6) Marketing and promotion. Let's push marketing and promotion for the event. Attached is the flyers and posters. Also please like and share the Facebook page. I will be releasing more information as the night progress.

Please find attached the Summary of the Briefing & Training Session. It contains vital information that each of you are expected to know. 

Please also find the RUNSHEET and GROUPING attached in this email. Refer to the Summary for the explanation of these documents. 

Please also find the Namelist of Ambassadors. I need everyone to check and confirm your names (spelling). If there are any errors, do let me know by MONDAY, 25th March. The names printed on the certificates will be based on the names on the list.

Can the following Ambassadors provide me with your Tshirt size (S, M, L:) : Cayatena, Grace, Jaman, Mehboob, Muhammad Raza, Shirley, Umer, Jay, Jeff. Please confirm by MONDAY, 25th March. 

Please find the Posters and Flyers as well.
