Hi, Special laws to enter the market (franchising) Laws for opening and running a business in China
Need your feedback on these two questions . . . . do I treat both as just establishing business in China? because Lululemon is just starting and we have not gotten to the point of franchising yet.
Correct me if I am wrong, please.

Lululemon's current retail channel strategy is corporate owned retail store or licensing, so don't worry about franchising. That's not the corporate strategy nor part of their current practise. focus on estalibshing corporate owned flagship store or possible licencing to retailers.
