Hey, I just had a few questions/comments:
1. What are those images in the appendix right now? they aren't referenced in the report so either we have to reference them or take them out
2. JING: in the powerpoint you mentioned that in shanghai they speak Shanghainese, in Beijing - Beijing dialect, and in Guangzhou - Cantonese...can you give me the source you got this from please.
3. PETER: what is that link at the bottom of your part? And are there any calculations that you did that you can show for the marketing objectives for the first 3 years?
4. EIMAN: your part is missing your sources in MLA format and embedded citations
5. Where is the competitive analysis suppose to go? It's not in the report guideline (I don't think) other than in part 4.3
6. For the Data Base, are we suppose to list ALL of our sources (different articles, books, etc...) because in the guideline it says "give a complete overview of all the data you used" -- but right now there's only 9 (unless they cover all of the 20+ sources we have listed right now)
7. Does the report need to be binded or just printed? -- are we all pitching in to print & bind the report....and who is going to print it? (I'm most likely not going to class tonight)
- I moved the exec summary to the beginning (after the title page) because that's where exec summaries are suppose to be and took it out of the TOC
- I've edited the introduction
- JING: I moved your geography part and meshed it in with my part (cultural environment)

The source for the dialects are all from Wikipedia. I hope this helps!
in regards to the data, I only included major datas, didn't include articles and news. I think we can just listed the majority of our data that is significant. What do you guys think?
We should pitch to print it and bind it. any volunteers? I am in school all day this afternoon.

Jae said that he can convert it to PDF and print/bind it (so let us know how much it costs Jae and we will pay you back).
I'm fine with including only the major data bases used -- less work.

Hey,
I took the numbers from the estimates Jae got. When talking to Jae, he got the numbers from market size and etc. he will explain.
The link at the bottom is for the pricing strategy. I should have been more clear.
