Lululemon in China is to be treated as a foreign enterprise because I need to
write about the Laws for opening and running a business in China.

I think what you found is really good source to support for bringing lululemon to China. We will be investing in China as a foreign enterprise, therefore what you've sent is definitely relevant. Good job!
