Heyy, sorry I didn't make it to class.
The weather demotivated me.

We were supposed to meet tomorrow at around 4-4:30ish. Is everyone still down? I will send in my part with presentation slides tonight.. Or bring it to the meeting tmrw.

Hi Peter,
 
We are not meeting tomorrow.  We decided that we will work by e-mails but we will have to meet next Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. to prepare for the presentation.  In the mean time we will be gathering as much secondary data as we can beause that was the professor's recommendation today when we met with him after class.

Dear Eiman,

Do not worry about sending in your part in powerpoint form. I've already took your part and put in the main ideas on the slides. You can take a look and get stuff changed if you'd like.

Just the headings will be on the slides, the elaborate details will be explain by the person(s) presenting.

Hey guys,

Attached is the format/outline of the presentation that I worked on today with Jae.
IGNORE THE DESIGN, I just picked a random one. Jae will be working on it so it looks more "lululemon-ish"

However, I think that's how the flow should go. That's what we discuss during our meeting with the presentation outline parts added.

They will need the basic information on the company/Shanghai... then slowly transition into cultural/economic backgrounds. (on the outline)

We can then talk about SWOT. (Jing, I believe you took the notes on SWOT during that meeting, can you send it to me?)

After the SWOT, we can then explain/justify the reasons for our target market, market positioning.

Then we can go on to the market entry strategy.

I can fill out the slides, but we need to figure out who's presenting what part.

Otherwise, it will be 5 hrs before class when you guys pick who does what, make cue cards, add/delete slides, see if the presentation is too long/short, etc.

I will try my best to make the presentation as best as possible by Wednesday. But is there no other time to meet before Wednesday?
