It is good because he narrates, and you get a good visual of the actual waves in front of him.

For those of you wondering, "Who the heck is Brendan Casey?" he's the guy that was able to beat Slingsby (5x World Champ + Gold Medalist) in the Aussie Laser Nationals. So, a reputable source.
