The 2023 Laser calendar is being fleshed out and is visible here:

2023 is shaping up to be LA-centric in terms of big regattas, since we have
four big regattas in the greater Los Angeles area:

   - Midwinters West
   - PCCs
   - North Americans
   - Masters Nationals

Two of these big regattas are at Julian Soto's home club, Del Rey YC, so
he's the guy to ask in terms of local knowledge.

Stephen,

What's going on with the Master's PCC's? I know you offered it to Lake Washington SC, which sounds fun.

Have they accepted?

Do they have a date?

Also, to avoid the debacles in the past with respect to rig swapping and since there is a Radial and Full Rig trophy.

Is it possible to have separate divisions but if there are not at least 10 boats in each division, we just won't award the Don Trask Perpetual trophy for that year?
