Tom is scheduled to teach from 3:00-4:15 our time on July 11, 2025. |
If you're unable to join us in person, consider attending virtually, via Zoom, and making an optional donation to DCFF. The Virtual Dance Room (VDR) will be broadcasting from MUSE's Main Hall and Green Room. MUSE's Main Hall features early morning square/contra/round dance sessions, ethnic dance workshops, BYO social hours and dance parties and an early Saturday afternoon culture session about Southern Door County's Belgian community led by Marc Kotz. MUSE's Green Room features singing workshops (Nan Nelson), early Saturday afternoon virtual (Zoom) culture sessions led by Daniela Nyberg and Marvin Moehle and Ethnic Dance-101 sessions where various instructors will present and lead dances that are easily accessible to those with little or no experience in ethnic dance. Each evening kicks off at 7pm with a BYO (bring your own) social hour hosted by various leaders. The evening continues at 8pm with dancing to live and recorded music. Live music provided by Orkestar Izvor of Milwaukee (Friday & Saturday), Nan Nelson and possibly other musicians TBA. |
